1. Services
AdSyntax provides digital services including website development, e-commerce setup, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed per project quote or contract.
2. Payments
All payments must be made as per the invoice schedule. We accept payments through trusted gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full payment card or UPI details.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback.
- Supply any third-party account details (hosting, domain) when required.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AdSyntax retains ownership of design assets and source files until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership of delivered work is transferred as specified in the contract.
5. Warranties & Liability
We aim to deliver high quality services but do not guarantee specific business results. AdSyntax’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project per agreed contract terms. Refund eligibility is determined by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms; updates will be posted on this page and become effective on the indicated date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
