Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim for transparent and fair handling of cancellations and refunds. This policy applies to services provided by AdSyntax.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@adsyntax.in.
  • If the project has not started, clients are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.
  • If work has started (design, development, or other services), refunds will be subject to deductions for work completed and expenses incurred.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method where possible. Payment gateway fees (if non-refundable) may be deducted.
  • Digital services already delivered (final designs, completed websites, or marketing implementations) are generally non-refundable.
  • If AdSyntax is responsible for a defect or error, we will provide corrections at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Processing time

Once a refund is approved, it may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment provider and bank.
